隨著現代工業技術的迅速發展，各種電工電子、電鍍等產品的應用領域日益廣闊，所經受的環境條件也愈來愈複雜多樣。只有合理地規定產品的環境條件，正確地選擇產品的環境防護措施，才能保證產品在儲存運輸中免遭損壞，在使用過程中安全可靠。因而，對材料或產品進行人工類比環境試驗是保證其高品質所必不可少的重要環節。人工類比環境試驗是實際環境影響的科學概括，具有典型化、規範化、使用方便、便於比較等特點。環境條件的多樣化和環境試驗的重要性也對環境試驗設備提出了更嚴格的要求。

鹽霧試驗ZUI早是在1914年美國材料試驗學會（ASTM）第17屆年會上由J.A.Capp提出。當時的目的是希望獲得類似沿海大氣的試驗條件，以研究某些金屬保護層的使用可靠性。它是將樣品放在鹽霧中進行試驗，這是鹽霧試驗ZUI早的應用。

現在一些標準及汽車腐蝕試驗方法要求將樣品置於一個可重複的鹽霧﹑高濕度﹑低濕度乾燥及日常周圍環境的迴圈中。這些試驗方法過去採用勞動密集型的手工程式。而本試驗箱採用自動方式在一個箱體中運行這些迴圈。簡單迴圈可能由在鹽霧和乾燥條件之間的迴圈組成。更複雜的自動方法可能需要多步迴圈即包括濕度或冷凝，以及鹽霧和乾燥。利用本試驗箱，在一個箱內能夠迴圈所有ZUI有意義的腐蝕環境試驗：鹽霧、乾燥、100%相對濕度、及貯存四種情況。

其優點包括：

·不用人工將樣品從一個箱體搬到另一個箱體

·不用人工向樣品噴霧

·避免了由於過多人工作業樣品引起的結果變化。

結構設計簡介Structural Design

本鹽霧腐蝕試驗箱外形設計美觀，結構合理，線條平滑、自然流暢。箱體外殼材料選用優質進口PVC塑膠板材，外表光潔明亮，耐腐蝕、易清洗、無洩露；內膽採用優質進口PP板，耐溫性好，強度高，不變形。各種輔助配件設施同樣為耐腐蝕材料製作。

箱蓋材料為優質進口透明PVC板材，可從外部清楚地觀察到室內的試件狀況而不影響試驗結果。並且箱蓋設計成110度ZUI佳頂角，使試驗過程中產生的冷凝水不會滴落到樣品上影響試驗結果。箱蓋與箱體採用水密封，防止鹽霧外溢，從而影響試驗結果和腐蝕室內其他設備，甚至可能對試驗操作人員造成的傷害。大型設備的箱蓋採用臺灣進口氣缸自動開啟，方便自如。開啟角度約80度，也可根據客戶特殊情況另行設計，氣源可以採用壓縮空氣，壓力為0.4兆帕。

箱體加熱為內膽水槽式加熱方式，升溫快，溫濕度分佈均勻。樣品架按國家標準設計成上下兩層按15度和30度傾斜，也可採用掛鈎方式。

功 能 簡 介Function Introduction

鹽霧環境  

    持續鹽霧暴露廣泛用於測試元件及塗料的抗腐蝕能力。應用包括工業﹑維護﹑建築和船舶塗料；電鍍和油漆層；航空和軍用塗層，表層和元器件，電工和電子系統及元器件。

    這些試驗中，大多數依照特別規範，廣泛用於相關的腐蝕試驗，一般運行於較高的溫度，不包括乾燥迴圈。要求噴射的空氣在進入噴嘴之前應被加熱。

本試驗箱在鹽霧功能期間，就如同典型的常規鹽霧操作。

    ·噴氣電磁閥打開，壓縮空氣經過飽和器被加濕（濕度有助於保持PH濃度的穩定）再到噴嘴。

    ·來自鹽水箱內的鹽水腐蝕溶劑被吸到噴嘴，在那裏和壓縮空氣混合。

·噴嘴把鹽水溶劑和空氣噴成腐蝕霧狀。

·箱體加熱器維持所編程的箱體溫度。

這個功能也用於純水霧暴露。

Salt spray
     Continuous exposure to salt spray coatings are widely used to test components and corrosion resistance. ﹑ applications including industrial, architectural and marine coatings maintenance; plating and paint layer; aviation and military coatings, surface and components, electrical and electronic systems and components.
     These trials, the majority in accordance with particular specifications, widely used in corrosion-related tests, usually running at a higher temperature, not including drying loop. Requires injection of air before entering the nozzle should be heated.
The chamber function during the salt spray, like a typical conventional salt spray operation.

乾燥環境  

在乾燥功能期間，除濕系統打開，將箱內的濕氣排出箱外，同時風機工作，使室內的空氣到空氣加熱器然後進入箱內，這樣就產生箱內的低濕條件。箱體的溫度由箱體加熱器和空氣加熱器控制。空氣加熱器在乾燥程式結束之前關閉5秒鐘，使得加熱器通道和元器件附近不因鼓風機關閉而過熱。

Dry environment
